Consultation: Trials are highly recommended to perfect your vision. They are billed separately from the wedding day deposit and are non-refundable.

Trial Waiver: If a trial is declined, specific results on the wedding day cannot be guaranteed. Due to the additional on-site consultation time required, standard bridal rates still apply.

The Vision: Please email inspiration photos and a current selfie. We will help you narrow down 1–2 looks for your trial that suit your features and the wedding setting (indoor/outdoor, weather, etc.).

Reductions: Party size may be reduced up to 2 weeks prior to the wedding date without charge.

Late Changes: Within 2 weeks of the date, 50% of the service fee is due. Within 48 hours, 100% of the fee is due.

Additions: Extra guests or services are always welcome, provided the schedule permits.

Assistants: For large parties or tight timelines, an Assistant Booking Fee ($50+) will apply to ensure professional coverage and on-time completion.

To Secure Your Date: A 50% non-refundable deposit and signed contract are required to reserve your appointment.

Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable for any cancellations made within 2 months of the wedding date.

Payment Methods: We accept Cash or E-transfer. All pricing is subject to change until a contract is signed.

Custom Schedule: Please provide your desired "Ready Time," guest count, and service list. We will design a custom start-time schedule for a stress-free morning.

Pre-Wedding Maintenance: All facials, threading, waxing, intensive skin treatments or any intial lash extensions, lash lift or brow lamniation should be completed at least 3 days prior to your appointment.

The Night Before: We highly recommend using a hydrating face and lip mask the evening before your wedding.

Day-of Arrival: Please arrive with a clean, moisturized skin and 100% dry, clean hair (washed the night before is best). A $25 fee applies if a blow-dry is required, and your finishing time cannot be guaranteed.

Extensions & Accessories: Please notify us in advance of exceptionally long/thick hair or if we are installing clip-in extensions and hair accessories.

The Kit: We use only professional, high-quality, and non-comedogenic brands (such as NARS, MAKE UP FOR EVER, etc.) specifically chosen for their longevity in the Toronto climate, curated for diverse aesthetics like "Clean Girl", "Soft Sculpt" and for all ages, including specialized products for mature skin.

Sensitivities: Please notify us of any known allergies (including party members) before the trial and the wedding day.

Mobile Service: Available throughout Toronto and the GTA (travel fees apply).

Early Starts: A $50 fee per artist applies to bookings starting before 7:00 AM.

The Bespoke Consultation: free 15-20mins in-person consultation. We assess your hair’s health, density and history, then advice the suitable weight, texture, and colour for your extensions to achieve your desired result, explain home care, do's and dont's.

Custom Color & Prep: If we are performing a colour service on you or custom-tint your extensions (as consultation), this will happen first or prior to the installation day. This is to ensure the transition is 100% undetectable.

The Installation: By strategically placing silicone-lined micro-beads as foundation anchors, I ensure the weight is evenly distributed, protecting your scalp from tension. The wefts are then high-precision stitching hand-sewn onto the foundation.

Cleanse Daily: Always use oil-free makeup remover or lash cleanser to prevent buildup which can lead to allergic reaction or infection.

Cleansing Tools: Always use lint-free brush that we provide, makeup wipe or cotton pads can catch on the extensions and pulling your natural lashes.

Sleep Mindfully: Try to sleep on your back and avoid rubbing your eyes to maintain the integrity of your natural lashes and the designs.

Maintenance: To keep your look seamless, we recommend Lash Lift refreshes every 4-7 weeks or extension refills every 3-4 weeks.
